In order to be able to repair
your Whirlpool direct drive washer when is leaking
water, you need to know what parts to check.
These are the parts and places
that the washer could leak water from.
First try to determine where is
the water leaking from. The front, the sides or the
back?
When your Whirlpool direct
drive washer is leaking from the front, most likely
the problem is the pump or the pump hoses.
If is leaking from the back,
the problem could be the water mixing valve, the
fill hoses or overflowing from the drain pipe.
If is leaking from the sides,
it could be leaking from center seal or the tub.
You will have to fill the tub
with water and remove the cabinet to be able to
check and find where is the washer leaking from. |
