I am a 50-year old single woman who was sick of waiting for her brother to come fix her dryer. I found your help video for replacing a blown thermal fuse, and I just fixed my dryer myself. In addition to fixing the fuse, the man at Leominster Appliance also told me how to take the vent piece apart and vacuum and clean the entire vent channel - which I did. I'm back in business, doing laundry on a beautiful Sunday after noon. I'm proud of myself and your video was worth every penny. Success!!!!  I got the lid switch part from Sears.  I watched your video about 4 times, did what you said, and I replaced it.  And it worked perfectly.  It now will drain and spin.  The middle plastic lever-like thing on the lid switch had completely broken off.  Thanks for you help Angel.  Putting your videos on the internet is really a good idea.  It saved me a service call, and my husband getting all upset and making speeches about how his whole weekend was now going to be shot since he would have to take care of this.
